Note on AMLC Reporting: Certain processing activities — particularly those related to covered and suspicious transaction reporting — are mandatory obligations imposed by Philippine law. btbjili cannot grant opt-outs from these processing activities, as doing so would constitute a legal violation.
5 Data Sharing & Disclosure

5.1 Regulatory Authorities

5.2 Payment Service Providers

7 Data Retention

8 Data Security

In the event of a personal data breach that poses a real risk of harm to affected Players, btbjili will notify the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours and will inform affected Players without undue delay, in accordance with NPC Circular No. 16-03.
Your Responsibility: While btbjili takes all reasonable steps to secure your account, the security of your btbjili username and password is also your responsibility. Never share your login credentials. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact btbjili support immediately.
9 Your Data Rights

10 Children's Privacy
The btbjili Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. btbjili does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
If btbjili discovers that personal data has been collected from a user who is under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the collected data as soon as practicable, and report the incident to PAGCOR as required by our licensing conditions.

11 Cross-Border Data Transfers
btbjili's primary data processing infrastructure is located within the Philippines. However, certain third-party service providers — particularly game software providers and cloud infrastructure partners — may process data in other jurisdictions. Where such cross-border data transfers occur, btbjili ensures they are conducted in compliance with Section 21 of the Data Privacy Act and the NPC's guidelines on cross-border data transfers, including the use of appropriate contractual safeguards such as standard data protection clauses.
btbjili will not transfer your personal data to jurisdictions that do not provide an adequate level of data protection without your explicit consent or without implementing appropriate legal safeguards as required by the NPC.
12 Updates to This Policy
btbjili reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, or NPC guidance. When we make material changes to this Policy, we will notify registered Players via the mobile number or email address associated with their btbjili account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the btbjili Platform.
The updated Privacy Policy will take effect on the date stated at the top of the Policy. Your continued use of the btbjili Platform after the effective date constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated Privacy Policy.
