btbjili Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the btbjili website at btbjili.bio, including all sub-pages, gaming interfaces, account management features, and related services operated by btbjili.
• "Player Account" means the registered account created by a user to access and use btbjili's gaming services.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their btbjili wallet for the purpose of placing real-money wagers.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by btbjili subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed by a Player on any game offered on the btbjili Platform.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering laws applicable in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region where online gaming is prohibited by applicable local law.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of btbjili is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. btbjili employs age verification measures at registration and at the point of first withdrawal. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended and all funds held pending investigation.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

btbjili's services are intended for players physically located in the Philippines. Players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by local law are not eligible to register or play. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing btbjili is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering.

2.3 Capacity

By registering on btbjili, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, that you are not acting on behalf of any third party, and that you are not a professional gambler, agent, or representative of any entity seeking to gain competitive advantage over btbjili or other players.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active btbjili account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, household, IP address, device, or payment method — constitutes a violation of these Terms. btbjili reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances associated with duplicate registrations.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information when registering your btbjili account, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid mobile number associated with your GCash or Maya account. Providing false or misleading registration information may result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your btbjili username and password. You agree to:

• Never share your login credentials with any other person;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared devices;
• Immediately notify btbjili support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.

btbjili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

3.4 KYC Verification

btbjili is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. KYC verification may require you to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, Driver's License, Passport, PRC ID, or UMID), proof of address, and, where applicable, source of funds documentation. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

btbjili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Filipino players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, Metrobank transfer, 7-Eleven over-the-counter, and USDT cryptocurrency. btbjili reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit on btbjili is ₱20. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposits may trigger enhanced due diligence checks in accordance with PAGCOR and AMLC (Anti-Money Laundering Council) requirements.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash, Maya, and QR Ph are typically credited to your btbjili wallet within 30 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect. btbjili is not responsible for delays caused by payment service providers or banking institutions.

4.4 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by btbjili within one (1) to three (3) banking business days following successful KYC verification and compliance review. Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the verified btbjili account. btbjili reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the Player's account dashboard.

4.5 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute against a valid btbjili deposit transaction constitutes a material breach of these Terms. btbjili reserves the right to immediately suspend the implicated account, recover the amount subject to chargeback from any available balance, and pursue recovery through all available legal remedies.

5 Gaming Rules

5.1 Game Availability

btbjili offers a range of games including live bingo, JILI slots, live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar), the Color Game, and other games as added from time to time. Game availability may vary based on your location, device, and account status. btbjili reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or remove any game from the Platform at any time.

5.2 Game Integrity and RNG

All electronic games on btbjili use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained human dealers via real-time video stream. btbjili does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner. Game results are final once confirmed by the Platform's system.

5.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on btbjili. These limits are displayed within each game interface prior to placing a wager. btbjili reserves the right to modify betting limits at any time, including during ongoing sessions, for risk management or regulatory compliance purposes.

5.4 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical failure that affects the outcome of a wager, btbjili reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the Players' accounts. btbjili is not liable for any loss of potential winnings arising from a documented system malfunction. The decision of btbjili's technical team regarding malfunctions is final.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

btbjili offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the applicable promotion, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry periods. General bonus terms set out below apply to all btbjili promotions unless the promotion-specific terms state otherwise.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x), mean that the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered the specified number of times using eligible games before a withdrawal of the bonus-derived winnings will be approved. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

btbjili employs sophisticated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedging bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal exposure, using automated betting scripts, and coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional terms. Any Player found to be abusing bonuses will have their account suspended, bonus balances forfeited, and may be required to return any withdrawals already processed in connection with the abused promotion.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Unused bonus balances expire in accordance with the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the Player's account and cannot be reinstated. btbjili is not obligated to provide notice before a bonus expires.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on btbjili. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or are located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information;
• Creating or operating multiple btbjili accounts;
• Allowing third parties to access, operate, or fund your btbjili account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, game manipulation, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities;
• Using btbjili for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity prohibited under Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its amendments;
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or unauthorized payment reversals;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with btbjili's software or systems;
• Posting, transmitting, or sharing abusive, defamatory, or illegal content via any btbjili communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the btbjili Platform — including but not limited to the btbjili logo, brand name, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and multimedia content — is the exclusive intellectual property of btbjili or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the btbjili Platform without prior written consent from btbjili. Unauthorized use of btbjili's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability

btbjili makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events. btbjili shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by Platform downtime.

9.2 Gaming Losses

btbjili is not liable for any financial losses incurred by Players as a result of gaming on the Platform. All wagers are placed voluntarily by Players who accept the inherent risk of loss. btbjili does not guarantee any return on wagers placed.

9.3 Aggregate Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, btbjili's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Exclusions

Nothing in these Terms shall limit btbjili's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by btbjili's gross negligence; (b) fraud or willful misconduct by btbjili; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

btbjili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on btbjili, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

btbjili implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data. However, you acknowledge that no data transmission over the internet is completely secure. btbjili will notify affected Players of any material data breach in accordance with applicable Philippine Data Privacy Commission (DPC) reporting requirements.

11 Responsible Gaming

btbjili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. btbjili provides all registered Players with access to the following responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you deposit into your btbjili account;
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic alerts after a specified period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your btbjili account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your btbjili account and be excluded from all marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the selected period.

12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by btbjili

btbjili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including where btbjili has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has: breached any provision of these Terms; engaged in fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity; provided false registration or KYC information; or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

12.2 Consequences of Termination

Upon account termination for cause, btbjili reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, to withhold any real-money balance pending investigation. Verified real-money balances not associated with any prohibited conduct will be returned to the Player's verified payment account within a reasonable period following resolution of any investigation.

12.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to voluntarily close their btbjili account may do so by contacting btbjili support. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment account, subject to completion of KYC requirements and applicable withdrawal processing times.

13 Amendments to These Terms

btbjili reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file with their btbjili account, and/or by posting a notice on the btbjili Platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the changes.

Your continued use of the btbjili Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.3 above.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from your use of the btbjili Platform are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act (Republic Act No. 10173), and applicable PAGCOR regulations.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between a Player and btbjili arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through btbjili's customer support channel within thirty (30) days of the dispute arising. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the City of Manila, Philippines.

14.3 PAGCOR Complaints

Players who are unsatisfied with btbjili's internal dispute resolution process may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official player complaints channel, in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures for player dispute resolution.
